오피스를 2019, 365 이리저리 설치하다보니, 뭔가 꼬이는것 같다.
365는 1년 제한인지, 한달 기한인지, 아무튼, 이것도 인증이 제대로 안되는 것 같고,
2019는 volume 버전으로 잘 사용해왔으나, 365 설치하고 지우고를 반복하면서,
재설치시 인증이 되지 않았다.
아래 사이트를 통해 이문제 해결 방법을 찾았으니, 순서대로 하면 된다.

재설치해도 인증이 꼬여서 인증 실패할때.
1. 오피스 제거
2. 오피스 관련 레지,인증파일등 모두 완벽 제거
시간이 좀걸린다. 아무튼 압축을 풀고, Full_Scrub.cmd 실행해서 완료시까지 둘것.
3. 재부팅하라는 메세지가 보이면 완료이니, 재부팅
4. 오피스 재설치 2019는 office deploy tool 로 설치하면됨. 이전버전들은 iso등으로 설치
5. 인증 kms vl all .cmd (기타 인증 툴 사용해도 될듯하다)

Solution (Known to be perfect):
Preparation:
- Uninstall the office with App and Features (Control Panel) in Windows settings.
- Run Full_Scrub.cmd file from Office Scrubber (Mirror) by @abbodi1406 and reboot the system.
Full Scrub is optional, you can skip this step if you want to save outlook related data.
It's recommended to atleast run Remove_Licenses.cmd file from this package.
Install any of the below products:
- Install Office with 2013 / 2016 MSI VL ISO - Link
OR - Install Office 2013 C2R ISO - Link
OR - Install Office 2019 C2R Volume with 'PerpetualVL2019' update channel
To do that with the official method, follow the below steps,
Download Office Deployment Tool (ODT)
Copy the downloaded setup.exe file to the root of the C drive, i.e. C:\
Goto config.office.com
- Select any 'Office 2019 - Volume' in the office suites section, customize other things and leave as default where you don't understand something.
- In the select version option, select Latest when you don't want to store files for later use, and select a specific version name if you want to save files for later use without redownloading.
- Once you go through all the options, click on the export button and it will download a file named Configuration.xml
- Copy the downloaded Configuration.xml file to the root of the C drive, i.e. C:\
Open the command prompt as admin and run the below commandscd /d C:\setup.exe /download Configuration.xmlWait for it to finish, it will download around 2-3 GB files... Once done,setup.exe /configure Configuration.xmlIt will install Office with the downloaded files if found in the same directory. You can also use this command to directly install Office online and can skip the 2nd command.
That's all. As an alternative, if you want 3rd party tools for this then try Office Tool Plus or (YAOCTRU & YAOCTRI)
P.S. there are no Official ISO's or one-click installer files available for this product.
Activate with KMS:
- Use latest KMS_VL_ALL (Mirror) by @abbodi1406 or MAS
Experimental solutions:
- Install Office 2021 (currently in preview version), to do that just follow the above guide for 2019 and make changes in the product section and update-channel (select Office 2021 Perpetual Enterprise) in the configuration step.
OR - Those who want the latest and most features of Office with KMS activation without banner issue can try Monthly Enterprise channel with O365 product. To do that, just follow the above guide for 2019 and make changes in the product section and update-channel in the configuration step.
OR - Those who don't want to reinstall and lose the current setup can try these commands to change the update channel to Production::MEC | MonthlyEnterprise

Thanks to @Teknik for the idea of changing the update channel.
Please report (email: windowsaddict@protonmail.com) if any of these 3 methods doesn't stop the banner.
The solutions which are currently working but won't work with upcoming updates:
- To disable banners, you can disable the optional connected experience, to do that go to Account > Manage settings.
By doing this, you may miss out on some features.
On latest insider builds, Office forces the banner even with this setting disabled. It will be followed in regular update channels.
The solutions which are not working for all:
- After the KMS activation, leave the KMS server address (even non-existent) in the system. To make sure, you can use the below command,slmgr /skms 0.0.0.0KMS_VL_ALL and MAS, already leave the KMS server address so don't need to manually do that.
